At a certain point in our lives we realize that seeing is not believing, and more often than not, what we feel means more than what our other senses tell us. Our logical mind as ever-present protector wants to analyze the chaos and life events and create a story. Life happens. Period. Not to us. Not because of us. And not with us, if we choose to stand on the sidelines and just observe. Life is messy. People are messy. We may venture through life shielding our battle scars from others, or wear them as a badge of honor. In the end, we aim to feel acceptance and connection to this giant web of existence, but may not always feel ready to be part of the fray.
We must join. Look for your tribe: the ones who are not hiding from you or their own power. We are all drops of water in the ocean. We can see our individuality in a single drop while recognizing our part of the whole. We each reflect the rainbows and light, and participate in this cosmic resonance called life. As individuals, transparent and fragile, we are a formidable force as a group. Together we heal, and destroy; we soothe and rally; we can buoy and sink ships.
